Role Overview:
We are looking for an Energetic Volunteer Engagement Leader to join our Kolkata chapter. Your role will be to infuse energy into our volunteer activities, build engagement, and strengthen team spirit while creating memorable experiences for underprivileged kids.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Volunteer Energy Building: Motivate and energize volunteers to create a vibrant, fun-filled atmosphere.
2. Engagement Activities: Design and facilitate icebreakers, games, and interactive sessions that foster bonding among volunteers and children.
3. Team Building: Partner with fellow volunteers to encourage collaboration, inclusivity, and team spirit.
4. Community Interaction: Build trust with children and inspire them through fun, meaningful activities.
5. Presence at Kolkata: Be available every Sunday for 2 hours to lead and support activities.
