Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Own the entire social presence from day one - Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp broadcast - strategy, creation, and growth.
2. Script, shoot, edit, and publish reels end to end - you own the full pipeline. Concept to comments.
3. Write captions that stop the scroll - sharp, warm, and true to a brand that parents trust with their kids.
4. Grow a real audience from zero - parents, educators, and the people who care about what children watch.
5. Track what works, kill what doesn't, double down on what does. Weekly numbers, weekly decisions.
6. Be the first person who shapes how we sound, look, and feel to the world.

1. You've made viral reels before - for fun, for college, for anyone. Show us.
2. You love being in front of the camera.
3. You have an opinion on why content works - and you can back it up.
4. Comfortable with CapCut, Premiere, or any editing tool. Canva or Figma for design.
5. Scripting, voiceover, shooting on phone - you've done at least two of these.
6. Based in Bangalore. Ready to be in office 4 days a week and fully present when you are.
