Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Stipend: 5,500 - 6,500 per month

The Art Therapy is a Made-in-India D2C brand that designs and delivers therapeutic painting kits, including paint-by-numbers and DIY kits, to help people relax, focus, and express their creativity. The company sells through its website as well as leading e-commerce platforms and creates mindful, engaging content across social media.
About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and organized Social Media Coordinator Intern to support the Brand & Content Manager in managing content operations, social media activities, and day-to-day coordination. This role offers hands-on experience in content creation, community management, and social media marketing, with significant involvement in on-camera and shoot-floor activities.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist on the shoot floor by operating the phone camera, framing shots, capturing behind-the-scenes content, and shooting short-form videos.
2. Plan, manage, and maintain the monthly content calendar in advance.
3. Schedule Instagram posts using the native scheduler and ensure timely publishing.
4. Publish Instagram Stories regularly and cross-post relevant content to LinkedIn and X (formerly Twitter).
5. Respond to comments and direct messages while maintaining the brand's tone of voice, and escalate customer service queries when required.
6. Coordinate daily with the Influencer Marketing Intern and integrate influencer campaigns into the master content calendar.
7. Prepare and share weekly progress reports with the founder and Brand & Content Manager.

Eligibility Criteria:
1. Comfortable working on camera and participating in content shoots.
2. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage content calendars effectively.
3. Excellent written communication skills in English; knowledge of Hindi is an added advantage.
4. Ability to coordinate with multiple team members and manage reporting responsibilities.
5. Proactive attitude with strong problem-solving and time management skills.
Preferred Skills:
1. On-camera presence and basic phone videography.
2. Content calendar planning and shoot coordination.
3. Instagram scheduling and community management.
4. Social media management across Instagram, LinkedIn, and X (formerly Twitter).
5. Brand copywriting and communication.
6. Google Sheets and weekly reporting.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Active Instagram presence with an understanding of social media trends.
2. Basic knowledge of mobile photography, framing, and lighting.
3. Familiarity with Google Sheets and content management tools.
4. Hindi language proficiency for bilingual content is a plus.
