About part time job/internship
We are looking for friendly, energetic individuals to host and support community events. As an event host/anchor, you will be responsible for ensuring a welcoming environment, guiding participants, and make the experience run smoothly using the event design and script provided to you.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Host and support community events while ensuring a welcoming and engaging environment for participants.
2. Execute the event design and follow the provided event script during sessions.
3. Encourage guest participation and maintain a fun, interactive atmosphere throughout the event.
4. Manage guest flow and coordinate with caf or venue staff to ensure smooth event operations.
5. Assist with event wrap-up activities and collect post-event feedback from participants.

Stipend Structure:
Fixed pay: ₹ 10,000 - 12,000 /month
Incentive pay: ₹ 1,000 - 3,000 /month
2. Working hours on Saturday and Sunday from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM with a six-hour shift depending on the event schedule.
3. Events conducted at partner venues in locations such as Electronic City, HSR Layout, and Whitefield.
4. Candidate assigned to one event location for operational coordination.
