About part time job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assisting in the planning and coordination of various events, including corporate meetings, team building activities, and social events.
2. Creating and delivering presentations using MS-PowerPoint to communicate event concepts and details to clients and team members.
3. Managing email correspondence and communication with vendors, sponsors, and participants to ensure smooth event logistics.
4. Conducting research and sourcing event materials, venues, and suppliers to meet budget and quality standards.
5. Providing on-site support during events, including set-up, registration, and attendee assistance.
6. Maintaining accurate records and databases to track event progress, expenses, and feedback for future improvements.
7. Collaborating with team members to brainstorm innovative ideas and solutions for exceptional event experiences.
