About part time job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assisting in planning and coordinating on-ground logistics for an upcoming event to ensure smooth execution.
2. Coordinating with vendors (decor, sound, catering, photography, etc.) and ensuring timelines are adhered to.
3. Managing guest flow, entry coordination, and overall event timeline on the event day.
4. Handling last-minute requirements and ensuring seamless communication between all stakeholders.
5. Supporting pre-event rehearsals, briefings, and documentation as needed.
6. Maintaining detailed checklists, follow-up sheets, and vendor contact logs in MS Excel.
