About part time job/internship
Hiring: Event organisers/hosts (on-demand) - Investor Lunch Event in Bangalore
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
A. For event host:
1. Welcome guests upon arrival
2. Facilitate smooth guest flow and seating
3. Engage with guests and assist where needed
4. Maintain professionalism and warmth throughout the event
A. For event organisers:
1. Ensure the event runs according to the planned schedule and flow
2. Make announcements when required
3. Be the point of contact on the floor for speakers, guests, and hosts
4. Support with basic crowd management, guiding attendees as needed
5. Maintain the tone and energy of the event, polished, friendly, and business-appropriate
Offer:
1. INR 1,000 to 5,000 for the day's engagement
2. Gain valuable experience in hosting and managing premium corporate events
3. Potential to be considered for future events based on performance
4. Certificate of participation or a letter of recommendation (on request)
