Working Timings:
Morning Shift: 7:00 AM - 11:00 AM
Evening Shift: 3:00 PM - 8:00 PM
Sell metro cards, passes, and handle recharges
Assist customers with fare and card-related queries
Handle cash and digital payments responsibly
Maintain daily sales and transaction records
Follow metro authority rules and procedures
Ensure a clean and organized sales counter
Provide polite and efficient customer service
