About part time job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Curate, lead, and support fundraising initiatives for the organization.
2. Generate online crowdfunding campaigns and suggest innovative ideas to promote them through social media.
3. Assist in organizing fundraising drives and events, and invite newer platforms to join hands with our cause
4. Contribute to building collaborations under Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).
5. Brainstorm and develop new fundraising ideas, campaigns, events, and synergies for lateral growth
6. Identify and build relationships with potential donors and supporters.
7. Explore opportunities for grants, funds, and projects we can apply for.
8. Work on lead generation and donor outreach.

About The Wishing Factory
The Wishing Factory is a registered, ISO certified, not for profit organization started in November 2015 that works for the welfare of thalassemia major and blood cancer patients in cities of Gujarat, Maharashtra, and Delhi. We work in four sectors i.e. fulfilling wishes, sponsoring education, sponsoring healthcare, and spreading awareness among the general public about pre-marital testing so as to eradicate thalassemia in the future. Thalassemia major is an inherited blood disorder in which the body makes abnormal hemoglobin. Thus, the patients' bodies do not have healthy red blood cells and need a blood transfusion every fortnight throughout their lives.
These patients have a short lifespan and usually, fail to see their 30th birthday. To add to their happiness and make them feel loved, we fulfill their wishes. Seeing them happy gives joy to their parents and rebuilds the fighting spirit in the patients.
