DESCRIPTION
About part time job/internship
1. Talent Sourcing: Source and identify potential candidates through Internshala, LinkedIn, job portals, and other recruitment platforms.
2. Candidate Screening: Review applications, shortlist suitable profiles, and conduct initial screening based on role requirements.
3. Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews, coordinate AI interview assessments, and follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
4. Recruitment Tracking: Maintain and update candidate databases, hiring trackers, interview status, and daily recruitment reports.
5. Hiring Closures: Follow up with shortlisted candidates, coordinate documentation and joining formalities, and work towards achieving monthly hiring targets.

Other requirements
1. Are pursuing or have completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
2. Have good English communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Are interested in recruitment, talent acquisition, and HR operations.
4. Are organized, proactive, and comfortable handling candidate follow-ups.
5. Have basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and recruitment platforms.
6. Can commit to working Monday to Friday, 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM, for minimum of 6-12 months.
