About part time job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Conducting initial candidate screenings through phone interviews
2. Assisting with job posting and sourcing candidates through various channels
3. Providing support in coordinating interviews and following up with candidates
4. Maintaining accurate candidate records and updating our database
5. Collaborating with the HR team to identify recruitment needs and strategies
6. Assisting with onboarding processes for new hires
7. Participating in team meetings and contributing ideas for improving recruitment processes
