DESCRIPTION
About part time job/internship
1. Source and screen candidates from job portals, social media, and internal databases.
2. Conduct telephonic interviews and preliminary candidate assessments.
3. Coordinate with candidates regarding job opportunities, interviews, and documentation.
4. Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment records. Follow up with candidates for required documents and recruitment process updates.
5. Create and develop new recruitment agency and sourcing channel networks.
6. Manage CV records and organize candidate profiles systematically.
7. Coordinate with recruitment consultants and internal team members.
8. Support overseas manpower recruitment activities and administrative tasks.
9. Assist in job posting and candidate outreach activities.

Other requirements
1. Pursuing or having completed a bachelor's degree (HR, management, commerce, or any other related field).
2. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
3. Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi and able to speak with candidates over phone.
4. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
5. Willingness to learn overseas recruitment procedures.
6. Immediate joiners preferred.
7. Previous internship or telecalling experience will be an added advantage.
8. Candidates residing in Mumbai preferred.
