About part time job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Help source candidates through job boards, Naukri, Indeed, and Internshala.
2. Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
3. Shortlist applicants for further consideration by matching their qualifications to the job requirements.
4. Conduct initial phone screening to assess basic qualifications, interest, and fit for the position.
5. Prepare interview summaries to share with senior recruiters or hiring managers.
6. Provide candidates with necessary information regarding the interview process (e.g., format, time, location, etc.).
7. Update and maintain candidate databases.
8. Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
