About part time job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assisting in the end-to-end recruitment process sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various roles and internship programs.
2. Coordinating interviews and maintaining candidate communication throughout the hiring cycle.
3. Supporting the onboarding process of new interns and volunteers.
4. Maintaining HR databases, attendance records, and internal communication updates.
5. Helping plan employee engagement and recognition activities for Unessa's growing volunteer and intern community.
6. Drafting HR-related documents, offer letters, and feedback reports.
This internship offers the opportunity to gain real-world HR experience while working in the non-profit sector. You'll be directly involved in expanding Unessa's team, which drives social impact initiatives across education, empowerment, and environmental causes.
