The Art Therapy is a Made-in-India D2C brand that designs and delivers therapeutic painting kits, including paint-by-numbers and DIY kits, to help people relax, focus, and express their creativity. The company sells through its website as well as leading e-commerce platforms and creates mindful, engaging content across social media.
About the Role:
We are looking for an organized, proactive, and creative Influencer Marketing Intern to manage creator collaborations while supporting the content team with social media production. This role offers hands-on exposure to influencer marketing, campaign coordination, content creation, and D2C brand operations.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Research and shortlist creators aligned with the brand's wellness and slow-living niche.
2. Write personalized outreach messages and follow up with creators using customized templates.
3. Conduct onboarding calls, share campaign briefs, and coordinate collaboration agreements.
4. Manage product dispatches, track shipments, and follow up on content submissions.
5. Maintain and update the influencer tracking sheet for all active collaborations.
6. Ensure influencer content is published on schedule and collect raw photos and videos.
7. Shoot Instagram Reels and other social media content alongside the content team.
8. Build, organize, and maintain the influencer database for future collaborations.

Preferred Skills:

2. DM and email copywriting.
3. Relationship management and campaign coordination.
4. Google Sheets, including sorting, filtering, and basic formulas.
5. Instagram content creation and basic phone videography.
6. Strong organizational and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Prior experience in community management, outreach, or college event coordination is an advantage.
2. Familiarity with Google Sheets and workflow management.
3. Active Instagram presence with an understanding of creator content trends.
4. Basic experience with smartphone content creation.
Eligibility Criteria:
1. Highly organized with strong follow-up and time management skills.
2. Excellent written communication skills in English; knowledge of Hindi is an added advantage.
3. Patient, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple conversations simultaneously.
4. Ability to work efficiently with spreadsheets, trackers, and campaign pipelines.
5. Genuine interest in influencer marketing, social media, and creator collaborations.
