About part time job/internship
1. Visit caregiver placement agencies, private hospitals, nursing homes, and corporate cr ches across Hyderabad
2. Conduct structured conversations with HR managers, agency owners, and operations staff using a prepared question guide
3. Understand how organisations currently source caregivers, what problems they face, and whether they would work with a trained caregiver provider
4. Document each conversation accurately and honestly - what was said, not what you think we want to hear
5. Share a weekly field report summarising findings, patterns, and interesting observations
6. Help build a database of key contacts and organisations across Hyderabad's care sector
