About part time job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
Female - Retail Operations & Marketing Department (2 Months)
Interns will be working in the Retail Operations & Marketing Department at B.B. Jewellers.
They will be working on:
* Customer enquiries and follow-ups through WhatsApp, Instagram, Meta Ads, and other marketing campaigns.
* Customer relationship management and maintaining customer records.
* Lead management and coordinating showroom appointments with the sales team.
* Supporting festive, seasonal, and in-store marketing campaigns.
* Welcoming and assisting customers visiting the showroom.
* Day-to-day showroom operations and customer experience.
* Assisting during product launches, exhibitions, and promotional events.
* Maintaining marketing activity reports and customer engagement records.
Male - Marketing & Brand Promotions Department (Internship till 7 November)
Interns will be working in the Marketing & Brand Promotions Department at B.B. Jewellers.
They will be working on:
* Offline marketing and brand promotion campaigns.
* Apartment, residential, college, office, and commercial area marketing activities.
* Customer acquisition and lead generation.
* Increasing showroom walk-ins through field marketing initiatives.
* Promoting jewellery collections, festive offers, and showroom campaigns.
* Collecting customer enquiries and coordinating with the showroom team.
* Supporting brand activations, promotional events, and festive campaigns.
* Conducting basic market research and customer feedback collection.
* Maintaining daily marketing and lead generation reports.
