About part time job/internship
Are you someone who enjoys organizing things, talking to people, and learning how a design-focused startup actually runs? Retreeve is looking for an operations assistant intern to work closely with the founder and gain hands-on exposure to how projects, vendors, and clients are managed in real life. This role is ideal for someone who wants practical experience in operations, coordination, and the design/furniture industry.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Monitor client inquiries and send initial responses
2. Research furniture and d cor products and compile options
3. Coordinate with vendors for pricing and availability
4. Maintain tracking sheets for projects, vendors, and orders
5. Follow up with vendors and clients regarding deliveries
6. Assist in preparing BOQs and presentations (with guidance)
7. Handle basic administrative work and data entry
