About part time job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Conduct and manage daily webinars from 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
2. Ensure smooth webinar operations (participant coordination, chat/Q&A handling).
3. Handle client queries from 10:00 PM to 11:00 PM via chat, email, or calls.
4. Follow up with webinar participants as required.
5. Maintain records of attendance, client queries, and feedback.
6. Coordinate with the internal team for updates and escalations.
