About part time job/internship

Atrium Coworks is hiring a full-time operations/marketing executive to take charge of our day-to-day workspace operations. If you're someone who thrives in a dynamic, client-facing environment and can multitask without dropping the ball, this role is for you.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Act as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and vendors.
2. Manage client onboarding and coordination.
3. Oversee daily workspace upkeep, supervising cleaning staff, pantry stock, and maintenance follow-ups.
4. Track incoming leads, walk-ins, client requests, and operational updates.
5. Maintain and update Google Sheets/Excel for admin records, invoices, and compliance.
6. Handle courier dispatch, meeting room bookings, and general workspace logistics.
7. Support the founder in ensuring smooth daily functioning and timely escalation of issues.

1. Good communication and problem-solving skills

3. Ability to manage basic office tools (WhatsApp, Excel, etc.)

4. Must be based in Chennai

5. Comfortable speaking in English for calls and client interaction

6. 0–2 years of admin/front desk/client service experience.

7. Proficiency in English & Tamil (spoken and written).

8. Fluent communication skills and ability to handle client requests politely but firmly.

9. Good with Google Sheets/MS Excel and documentation.

10. Attention to detail and strong ownership mindset.

11. Experience in coworking, real estate, or hospitality.

12. Prior knowledge of office admin tools, CRMs, or basic design/printing software.

Job offer:
On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of ₹ 200000 to 240000/year
