About part time job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
A. Classroom Setup and Management:
1. Coordinate and set up online and hybrid classrooms to ensure seamless sessions.
2. Manage trainer schedules using Google Calendars to optimize availability and coordination.
B. LMS and Reporting:
1. Oversee the Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure its effective utilization by trainers and students.
C. Course Monitoring:
1. Communicate updates about schedules, deadlines, and program details effectively to trainers and students.
D. SOP Compliance and Moderation:
1. Ensure all program activities align with predefined Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
2. Assist in the moderation of final course results and oversee the generation of mark sheets and certificates.
E. Data Management:
1. Follow up on the MESC portal for accurate data uploads and certificate generation.
