About part time job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Listen to and evaluate recorded or live customer calls to assess quality, compliance, and adherence to internal guidelines.
2. Identify gaps in call handling, communication, product knowledge, and process compliance through detailed audits.
3. Analyze call data and audit findings to identify recurring issues, root causes, and performance trends.
4. Collaborate with training, operations, and quality teams to recommend improvements in call scripts, customer handling, and SOP adherence.
5. Assist in documenting and updating call quality audit checklists, scorecards, and quality benchmarks.
6. Prepare daily/weekly reports summarizing audit findings and provide constructive feedback for agent improvement.
7. Ensure customer interactions meet internal quality standards and align with compliance, regulatory, and customer service expectations.
