About part time job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Understanding job descriptions
2. Assessing the candidates (shortlisting, resume evaluation, and phone screening)
3. Calling up candidates and explaining the job details
4. Coordinating with candidates/clients for recruitment
5. Setting up the interviews
6. Lining up the candidates for the interview as per the schedule
Additional points:
Your internship stipend will be 6,000 as the fixed Monthly stipend.
Once you achieve 4 hirings, your fixed stipend will be increased to 10,000 per month.
If you complete the full 6-month internship and achieve a total of 8-12 hirings, you will be offered a full-time (on-role) position as a recruiter.
If you complete 8 joinings in 6 months, the CTC will be 2.2lpa, if you complete 12 joinings in 6 months, the CTC will be 3lpa and if you complete 12 joinings in 4 months, the CTC will be 4.8lpa.
This internship is 5.5 days a week (alternate Saturdays are off)
Your role will only be made hybrid after 3 month completion after which you only need to come to office 2.5 days in a week (remaining 3 days will be WFH)
For example : Mondays, Wednesdays and alternate Saturdays (2nd and 4th Sat) in office. In that case, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays will be WFH.
