DESCRIPTION
About part time job/internship
1. Design social media creatives from scratch for BoiPoka's channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X) carousels, story templates, quote cards, event posters, and campaign assets
2. Plan and execute photo and video shoots for content at bookstores, events, and other locations as needed in Bangalore
3. Shoot, edit, and produce short-form video content including Instagram Reels, behind-the-scenes clips, event coverage, and author features
4. Record, edit, and incorporate audio where required voice-overs, ambient sound for videos, short podcast-style clips
5. Maintain a consistent visual identity across all content in line with BoiPoka's brand guidelines
6. Post content on schedule across channels, respond to comments and DMs, and keep the community engaged
7. Collaborate with the BoiPoka team on campaigns, product launches, bookstore partner activations, and community events
8. Track content performance (reach, engagement, saves, follower growth) and use insights to iterate on what works

Other requirements
Requirements:
1. A portfolio is preferred, including a personal Instagram, Behance page, or any creative work you are proud of.
2. Comfortable using a phone or DSLR camera with a basic understanding of lighting and composition.
3. Proficiency in at least one design tool such as Canva, Adobe Express, Illustrator, Photoshop, or Figma.
4. Proficiency in at least one video editing tool such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or an equivalent tool.
5. Strong understanding of the book community on social media, including familiarity with Bookstagram, content trends, and audience engagement.
6. Ability to write engaging social media captions that encourage saves, shares, and interactions.
7. Prior internship or freelance experience in content creation, social media, or design is preferred but not mandatory if supported by a strong portfolio.
8. Strong-performing interns may be considered for full-time opportunities at BoiPoka Labs after the internship.
