About part time job/internship

We are looking for passionate and dedicated female interns who can take charge of teaching and coordinating classroom activities for children. You will serve as both a teacher and a guide, helping students learn, stay engaged, and grow emotionally and academically.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Deliver engaging lessons in English, Basic Math, Moral Values, or other subjects.
2. Create a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment.
3. Manage daily classroom routines, attendance, discipline, and participation.
4. Use creative teaching tools like storytelling, role-play, drawing, or music to engage students.
5. Track students' performance and share feedback with the team.
6. Assist in organizing awareness activities, events, or skill-based workshops.
7. Support the emotional and social growth of students with empathy and patience.
8. Coordinate with other teachers and volunteers for planning sessions and materials.

Note:
1. Location: Gurgaon|(DLF City Phase 1)
2. Working hours and days: 6 hours, 5 days a week
3. Female candidates only.

Other requirements

1. Passionate about working with children and community upliftment.

2. Prior volunteering or teaching experience (formal/ informal) is a plus.

3. Ability to take initiative and lead small projects and student groups.

4. Creative thinkers who can engage children through innovative teaching methods.

5. Candidates with basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google tools) are preferred.
