TELE-CALLING INTERN

About the Role:
As a Tele-calling Intern at Comfort Leisure, you will play a vital role in gathering valuable customer feedback and promoting our referral program. You will be responsible for contacting our valued customers, collecting their insights on their travel experiences, and explaining the benefits of our referral program. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your communication skills, gain experience in customer interaction, and contribute to improving our services.

Responsibilities:

-Customer Outreach: Contact Comfort Leisure's Amazing customers list provided to you via telephone to gather feedback on their recent travel experiences.

-Feedback Collection: Conduct structured interviews with customers, asking a pre-defined set of questions to collect detailed feedback on their travel experiences.

-Referral Program: Clearly and concisely explain the Comfort Leisure referral program to customers, highlighting the exciting benefits and incentives for participation.

-Record Maintenance: Accurately record and maintain all feedback received from customers in a designated database or spreadsheet.

-Persistence and Patience: Demonstrate patience and persistence in engaging with customers, addressing their concerns, and tactfully obtaining the required feedback, even when faced with initial resistance.

Qualifications:

-Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or diploma in any field.
-Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and professional phone etiquette.
-Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers over the phone.
-Basic computer literacy and proficiency in data entry.
-Ability to understand and follow instructions.

This internship requires in-office attendance five days a week (Monday to Friday). A monthly travel allowance will be provided to cover commuting expenses.
