DESCRIPTION
About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Research and identify potential brand partners, sponsors, schools, communities, and other collaborators.
2. Support outreach, follow-ups, and communication with prospective partners and sponsors.
3. Assist in preparing partnership proposals, sponsorship decks, pitches, and presentations.
4. Maintain partner databases, track leads, and manage follow-up pipelines.
5. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure partnership deliverables and commitments are executed smoothly.
6. Support on-ground event execution, including partner coordination, registrations, guest and brand requirements, and event-day activities.
7. Take ownership of cross-functional activities such as customer/participant relationship management, coordination with vendors and teams, and event operations.
8. Assist in identifying opportunities to improve the participant and partner experience.
9. Support post-event partner communication, feedback collection, and reporting.
