About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in end-to-end recruitment: job postings, resume screening, coordination, and follow-ups
2. Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
3. Support onboarding and induction processes for new joiners
4. Assist in drafting HR policies, employee handbooks, and engagement plans
5. Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communication
6. Help with documentation, data entry, and filing (digital & physical)
7. Support calendar management and scheduling of meetings/events
8. Assist in organizing internal events and logistics
9. Female candidates preferred
