Performance Marketing Internship in Jaipur at ViralChilly

We are currently looking for a performance marketing intern who is data-driven, detail-oriented, and excited about running campaigns that deliver real results. This is not a 'set-and-forget' internship; you will work on live campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and other digital channels, gaining hands-on experience in how paid marketing drives growth, leads, and conversions.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assisting in planning, creating, and managing digital advertising campaigns
2. Monitoring and optimizing paid campaigns on Google, Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms
3. Conducting keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting
4. Creating ad copies, visuals, and A/B tests for campaigns
5. Tracking campaign performance and preparing performance reports
6. Collaborating with content, design, and SEO teams for campaign requirements
7. Identifying trends and providing suggestions to improve campaign ROI
8. Testing new ad formats, channels, and targeting strategies

What you'll learn (Training provided):

1. How agency-level paid campaigns are planned and executed
2. Campaign tracking, analytics, and performance reporting
3. Audience targeting, segmentation, and ad copywriting
4. A/B testing strategies to maximize ROI
5. Using ad platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Ads
6. Collaborating across teams for campaign success
7. How real performance marketing works (not textbook theory)

What we're looking for:

1. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
2. Genuine interest in performance marketing, PPC, or digital marketing
3. Basic understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads, or paid campaigns
4. Organized, detail-oriented, and data-driven
5. Professional, polite, and confident communicator
6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
