About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist customers post-booking by guiding them through the process from pet selection to doorstep delivery
2. Coordinate communication between customers and internal teams to ensure smooth operations
3. Resolve customer queries and concerns with empathy and effective problem-solving
4. Stay available beyond office hours when required to handle urgent pet parenting situations
5. Provide timely updates and consistent support to keep customers informed and reassured
6. Foster long-term relationships by making every pet parent feel supported and confident

4. Comfortable with CRM tools, WhatsApp Business, spreadsheets, and juggling multiple conversations
5. A genuine love for animals is a big plus (because pets are family here!)
