About the internship
Our office is located at: Space 7, Sector 7, 4th Floor (Office 401), Shipra Path, Mansarovar, Jaipur - 302020
We're right next to Suvira Hospital in a modern building that also houses an ICICI Bank branch.
The area is surrounded by D Mart, City Park, Woodland Park Apartments, and over 50 caf s and restaurants. Whether it's coffee breaks, quick bites, or team lunches, there's always something happening. It's the perfect backdrop for our creative and fast-paced work culture.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns across multiple objectives and platforms.
2. Support Search, Display, Remarketing, and Lead Generation campaign activities.
3. Monitor campaign performance and contribute to campaign optimization processes.
4. Conduct keyword research, audience research, and competitor analysis for paid marketing strategies.
5. Create ad copy and assist in building campaign structures.
6. Track PPC performance metrics including CTR, CPC, Conversion Rate, and ROAS.
7. Support A/B testing activities for ads, creatives, and audience targeting strategies.
8. Coordinate with design, SEO, and content teams for campaign execution and optimization.
9. Prepare basic campaign performance reports and analytical insights.
10. Stay updated with PPC trends, advertising platform updates, and digital marketing practices.

Other requirements
1. Basic understanding of Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms.
2. Familiarity with PPC concepts, campaign structures, and performance marketing fundamentals.
3. Strong willingness to learn and grow in paid advertising and performance marketing.
4. Basic knowledge of audience targeting, keyword research, budget management, and conversion tracking.
5. The ability to discuss completed projects, certifications, or prior PPC learning experiences.
6. Good analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and communication skills.
7. Comfort working in a fast-paced and collaborative work environment.
8. Google Ads Certification or Meta Blueprint Certification as an added advantage.
9. Familiarity with Excel or Google Sheets.
10. Understanding of Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, or digital marketing concepts as a plus.
11. Exposure to live campaigns, landing pages, conversion optimization, Canva, or international targeting campaigns as an added benefit.
12. Candidates pursuing or completed degrees in Marketing, Business, Advertising, MBA, or related fields.
13. Strong interest in Digital Marketing and Performance Marketing.
