About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilites include:
1. Assist the sales team in lead generation and lead qualification
2. Conduct initial client outreach via calls, emails, and follow-ups
3. Understand client requirements and coordinate with the sales team
4. Maintain and update CRM and lead databases
5. Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and reports
6. Support site visit coordination and client documentation
7. Track client interactions and ensure timely follow-ups

2. Strong communication skills- both written and verbal.
3. An analytical mindset with attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
5. Familiarity with CRM software or real estate platforms is a plus.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
7. Passion for real estate and customer relationship management.
