About the internship
You will make sure the company's systems actually run. Each department has a process sheet and a weekly commitment list; your job is to keep them updated, flag what is late, and prepare the numbers for the weekly management meeting.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Update the company task and delegation sheet and follow up with owners on overdue items
2. Maintain the client issue log and flag unresolved tickets
3. Build weekly MIS reports that highlight what went wrong, not just what went right
4. Prepare the agenda and numbers for the Monday management meeting
