About the Role:
We're looking for a Procurement and Packaging Associate who's detail-obsessed, process-driven, and loves making things move efficiently from factory to consumer.
If spreadsheets excite you and you believe packaging is as much about experience as it is about logistics, you'll fit right in.
What You'll Do:
1. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for packaging materials and components.
2. Track purchase orders, inventory levels, and delivery timelines.
3. Ensure cost optimization without compromising on quality or design.
4. Work closely with the design, operations, and production teams to bring packaging ideas to life.
5. Maintain vendor databases and negotiate for the best rates and lead times.
6. Conduct regular quality checks and manage dispatch schedules.
Who You Are:
1. A fresher or recent graduate with strong organizational and communication skills.
2. Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets data should be your second language.
3. Obsessed with details, timelines, and documentation.
4. Curious about operations, packaging, supply chain, and procurement processes.
5. Someone who doesn't just "follow up" but takes ownership until the task is done.
