DESCRIPTION
About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Monitor daily inventory levels of fragrance raw materials.
2. Raise purchase requisitions based on approved reorder points and consumption trends.
3. Track and follow up on purchase orders to ensure timely deliveries.
4. Coordinate with suppliers, stores, production, and quality teams to ensure seamless material flow.
5. Ensure adequate raw material availability to support production schedules and prevent shortages.
6. Maintain and update procurement trackers, inventory reports, and supplier follow-up records.
7. Proactively escalate supply risks, delivery delays, or potential stock-outs.
8. Ensure compliance with company procurement procedures and documentation requirements.
9. Maintain accurate records of quotations, purchase orders, and supplier documents.
10. Support inventory reviews and material optimization initiatives.

Other requirements
Qualifications
1. Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Commerce, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of ERP systems is an added advantage.
