About the internship
1. Understand business and operations workflows by working with the founding team
2. Convert business requirements into simple product designs
3. Design screens and navigation flows that are easy to understand using icons, visuals, and local language over heavy text
4. Map out Didi workflows (production entry, order/payment status, etc.) and simplify them to the fewest steps
5. Create wireframes/mockups for the dev team
6. Test designs directly with Didi in the field and improve based on real feedback
7. Work with the Zoho Creator dev team to align screen design with the backend data
8. Coordinate with cross-functional teams/departments to gather and align on requirements

Other requirements
1. Experience designing for rural, semi-urban, or similarly underserved users (preferred)
2. Understanding of basic business/operations workflows
3. Ability to ask the right questions and turn vague requirements into clear designs
4. Willingness to work directly with users in the field, not just in office
5. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
6. Marathi/Hindi knowledge (or willingness to design in local language) is a plus
7. Experience or interest in mobile app development is preferable
8. Basic understanding of software terms like API, Webhook, front end/back end will be an added benefit
