Product Internship in Bangalore at Crarity

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Co-design role-based hiring simulations and product workflows with the founding team.
2. Research tools, platforms, and user behaviors in hiring and assessment products, and translate insights into structured product improvements.
3. Collect and analyze student and company feedback systematically, and implement weekly product iterations.
4. Define measurable product benchmarks such as completion rates, engagement time, and user success metrics.
5. Assist in building and refining the core product experience for students going through hiring simulations.
6. Run weekly product experiments to improve usability, engagement, and outcomes.
7. Document product decisions, workflows, user insights, and iteration learnings.
8. Contribute to building a scalable product framework as Clarity evolves into a structured hiring platform.
