About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1.Assist in leading software development projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget and quality standards.
2.Help in devising product development strategies to enhance company effectiveness.
3.Understand the intersection of current and future business goals with ongoing IT initiatives to support business success.
4.Collaborate with clients to understand and document product requirements for both internal and external stakeholders.
5.Participate in the recruitment and training processes for new engineering and project/product management staff.
6.Assist in predicting resources and efforts required to achieve product objectives.
7.Support in preparing budgets based on the scope of work and resource requirements.
8.Help develop and manage detailed product development schedules and work plans.
9.Provide regular updates to stakeholders involved about product development strategies, adjustments, and progress.
10.Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout the product development lifecycle.
11.Support in measuring product performance to identify areas for improvement.

Other requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Proficiency in additional technologies such as React, Python, PHP, jQuery, MySQL, and Symfony.
Proficient in other web technologies and UI/UX standards.
Strong understanding of OOP principles and server management.
Experience with AWS and cloud infrastructure.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Analytical thinker with the ability to solve problems creatively.
