About the internship
Conduct market research on insurance, banking, lending, and embedded finance ecosystems.
Analyze competitor products, industry trends, and emerging technologies.
Study customer journeys and identify opportunities for improvement.
2.Requirement Gathering & Documentation
Assist Product Managers in gathering and documenting business requirements.
Prepare user stories, process flows, wireframes, and product documentation.
Support creation of PRDs and feature specifications.
Document meeting notes, action items, and stakeholder requirements.
3.Product Development Support
Work closely with engineering and QA teams during feature development.
Assist in sprint planning, backlog management, and release tracking.
Participate in product testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Identify bugs, edge cases, and user experience gaps.
4.Data Analysis & Reporting
Analyze product usage data and business performance metrics.
Prepare dashboards, reports, and product performance summaries.
Conduct root-cause analysis for operational and product issues.
Generate insights and recommendations for product improvements.
5.Client & Business Support
Participate in discussions with banks, insurers, and internal business teams.
Assist in preparing presentations, solution documents, and implementation plans.
Support product demonstrations and proof-of-concept initiatives.
AI & Automation Initiatives
Support product teams in identifying use cases for AI-driven automation.
Research emerging Agentic AI and workflow automation trends relevant to insurance and banking.
Assist in defining business requirements for AI-enabled solutions.

Other requirements
Good-to-Have
-Prior internship experience in Product, Consulting, Analytics, FinTech, or SaaS.
-Familiarity with SQL, Google Sheets, Slides, Figma, Jira, Notion, or similar tools.
-Understanding of Banking, Insurance, Lending, or Financial Services.
-Exposure to Generative AI tools and workflow automation platforms.
Must-Have :
-Final-year undergraduate student or recent graduate in MBA or Business related disciplines.
-Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-Ability to break down complex problems into actionable tasks.
-Strong ownership mindset and willingness to learn.
