StepChange is a climate-tech platform helping enterprises and financial institutions navigate the complex landscape of ESG, carbon accounting, and climate risk. As a Product Operations Intern, you will be the bridge between our customers and our technical teams.
You will work directly with the Head of Product Operations and collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Sales teams to drive product value through technical support, data-informed insights, and structured quality assurance.
Selected Intern's Day-to-Day Responsibilities
1. Technical Support: Investigate and resolve customer support tickets; maintain a dynamic dashboard to identify product gaps and UX friction.
2. Training & Documentation: Create and update the Knowledge Base (videos, articles, and slide decks) to help users navigate new product releases.
3. GTM & Demo Support: Build and maintain demo environments and sample datasets tailored for banks and enterprise clients.
4. Product Testing: Design and execute test cases for new features; document defects and contribute to the QA regression suite for high-risk workflows like emissions calculations.
5. Cross-functional Collaboration: Act as the feedback loop between customer problems and scalable product solutions.
