About the internship
We're hiring one versatile intern who can independently handle both production coordination and art direction/set styling. You'll plan and run shoots, manage logistics, vendors, and budgets, while also conceptualizing sets, sourcing props, and creating basic design assets end to end.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in planning and coordinating shoots (schedules, call sheets, vendors, logistics).
2. Conceptualize sets, source props/materials, and support styling during shoots.
3. Be hands-on during shoots: set-up, continuity, troubleshooting, and wrap-up.
4. Manage post-shoot deliverables: organizing assets, maintaining trackers, and budgets.
5. Ensure smooth communication between teams and timely execution of tasks.

Other requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree (or pursuing) in film/media/communication/design or related.
2. 0–1 year experience in production/art/styling (college projects accepted).
3. Solid grasp of production workflows from concept to delivery.
4. Familiar with production tools (schedules, call sheets, trackers) and vendor coordination.
5. Highly organized, detail-oriented; comfortable juggling multiple moving parts.
6. Strong problem-solving under time pressure; calm, solution-first attitude.
7. Clear communication and stakeholder management.
8. Basic budgeting/expense tracking know-how.
9. Comfortable with physical, on-ground work; flexible for early calls/late wraps; local travel as needed.
10. Own laptop preferred (Adobe CC a plus).
11. Portfolio/drive link mandatory (can include college/personal work).
