DESCRIPTION
About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in planning and execution of shoots for brand and creator content
2. Support on-ground production activities including set preparation and coordination
3. Handle and manage production equipment (camera, lights, audio gear, etc.)
4. Ensure all equipment is accounted for, maintained, and ready for use
5. Coordinate with internal teams (creative, talent, and operations) for shoot requirements
6. Help in managing shoot logistics - locations, props, schedules, and permissions
7. Be actively involved during shoots to ensure smooth execution
8. Assist in basic production documentation and inventory tracking

Other requirements
1. Strong interest in content production, shoots, and digital media
2. Basic understanding of cameras, lighting, and audio equipment
3. Willingness to work on-field and be part of shoot environments
4. Good organizational and coordination skills
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic setup
6. Prior internship/project experience in production is a plus
7. Familiarity with production equipment and setup
8. Basic understanding of social media content formats (Reels, YouTube, ads, etc.)
9. Problem-solving attitude during on-ground execution
10. Team player with a proactive approach
