We're looking for a program management intern to help ensure a seamless, high-impact experience for our clients. You'll work closely with founders and the customer operations team to onboard users, support adoption, gather feedback, and drive value at every step of the client journey. This is a unique opportunity to understand how great SaaS products scale through customer empathy, proactive problem-solving, and strong internal collaboration.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Support the onboarding of new clients, ensuring they understand the platform and start integrating Grexa AI into their day-to-day workflows
2. Help build and refine internal processes to better understand client goals and success metrics
3. Monitor client usage and engagement data, identifying opportunities for improvement and support
4. Be a point of contact for client queries, helping troubleshoot issues and coordinate with internal teams when needed
5. Collect feedback from users and translate it into actionable insights for the product and marketing teams
6. Assist in identifying up-sell and feature adoption opportunities, helping customers unlock more value from the platform
7. Contribute to documentation and support resources to improve the onboarding and learning experience
