About the internship
We're looking for a program management intern to help ensure a seamless, high-impact experience for our clients. You'll work closely with founders and the customer operations team to onboard users, support adoption, gather feedback, and drive value at every step of the client journey. This is a unique opportunity to understand how great SaaS products scale through customer empathy, proactive problem-solving, and strong internal collaboration.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Support the onboarding of new clients, ensuring they understand the platform and start integrating Grexa into their day-to-day workflows
2. Help build and refine internal processes to understand client goals and success metrics better
3. Monitor client usage and engagement data, identifying opportunities for improvement and support
4. Be a point of contact for client queries, helping troubleshoot issues and coordinate with internal teams when needed
5. Collect feedback from users and translate it into actionable insights for the product and marketing teams
6. Assist in identifying upsell and feature adoption opportunities, helping customers unlock more value from the platform
7. Contribute to documentation and support resources to improve the onboarding and learning experience

Other requirements
1. Final-year student or recent graduate from any discipline- business, marketing, operations, or tech backgrounds preferred
2. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
3. Curious, proactive, and willing to take ownership of customer success outcomes
4. Good understanding of CRM tools, Excel/Sheets, WhatsApp API, or marketing automation tools (or willingness to learn)
5. A people-first mindset and comfort working with internal and external stakeholders
