About the internship

At Airtribe, we're redefining how learners experience education. As a Learning Experience Associate, you will be at the heart of learner journeys - owning cohort operations, coordinating workshops, and ensuring every touchpoint in the learning experience is smooth, structured, and delightful. If you love organizing things, are passionate about education, and enjoy being the glue between teams, mentors, and learners, this one's for you!

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Support end-to-end cohort management - from onboarding to program completion
2. Coordinate and schedule live workshops, masterclasses, and community events
3. Be the primary point of contact for learners, ensuring smooth communication and quick query resolution
4. Assist in the planning and execution of flagship events, webinars, and collaborations
5. Maintain learner engagement through timely reminders, follow-ups, and feedback collection
6. Work closely with internal teams (growth, content, tech) and external stakeholders (mentors, speakers)
7. Ensure all program activities run on schedule and meet the quality bar

Other requirements

1. Excellent communication skills - verbal and written

2. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

3. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and move fast with coordination tasks

4. Ownership mindset - someone who treats learner success as their own

5. Prior experience in event planning, operations, or community work is a plus

6. Experience in organizing college events and fests is a plus.
