Working Days: 5 days a week
Stipend: 10,000 per month
Duration: 6 months
Requirement: Candidates must have their own laptop for the internship.
About the Role:
We are looking for an energetic and proactive Project Management & Digital Marketing Intern with strong communication skills to support the end-to-end execution of client-facing projects and marketing campaigns. The role involves project coordination, digital marketing support, and stakeholder engagement. The intern will also support audience and speaker acquisition for roundtables, roadshows, webinars, and other events, making strong conversational and relationship-building skills essential.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Support project management and coordination for client campaigns and internal deliverables.
2. Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across on-ground and digital formats.
3. Drive audience acquisition and speaker outreach for roundtables, roadshows, webinars, and other branded initiatives.
4. Coordinate with internal teams, clients, speakers, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
5. Assist with campaign tracking, follow-ups, status updates, and reporting.
6. Conduct research and build databases of target audiences, speakers, and brands.
7. Contribute to campaign communications, outreach messaging, and engagement activities.

6. Ability to multitask, follow up consistently, and meet deadlines.
Preferred Background:
1. Candidates with relevant internship or early work experience in marketing, media, events, client servicing, business development, or project coordination will be preferred.
2. Candidates from communication, marketing, management, media, or related academic backgrounds will be preferred.
