About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
A. Project coordination:
1. Assist in coordinating and managing strategic projects from initiation to completion, including admin, operations, HR, social media, marketing, and any other projects as assigned by the CEO
2. Collaborate with project stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and successful completion
B. Research and analysis:
1. Conduct research and analysis on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies
2. Help identify opportunities for business growth and innovation. Assist in preparing reports and presentations for the CEO's Office
C. Communication and stakeholder management:
1. Support the CEO's office in effective communication with internal and external stakeholders
2. Assist in preparing and distributing executive-level communications, including announcements, memos, and presentations
3. Help manage relationships with key stakeholders and ensure their needs and expectations are addressed
D. Process improvement:
1. Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency within the CEO's office
2. Assist in documenting and updating standard operating procedures
3. Help implement tools and technologies to enhance productivity and collaboration
