About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
A. Schedule & Progress Tracking Support
1. Assist project managers in updating and monitoring project schedules.
2. Participate in gathering progress data from the field (vendors, supervisors) and inputting it into tracking systems.
3. Help prepare daily/monthly progress reports for internal and client review.
4. Observe and document schedule impacts and potential delays.
B. Cost & Budget Support
1. Assist in tracking project costs against the budget under project manager guidance.
2. Help process invoices from subcontractors and vendors, verifying against contracts and work completed.
3. Support quantity take-offs for minor items or verification purposes.
4. Assist with change order documentation and cost tracking.
C. Field Coordination & Site Support
1. Accompany project managers and supervisors on regular site walks to observe construction progress, safety protocols, quality control, and coordination efforts (requires proper PPE provided by the company).
2. Attend and take detailed minutes for project meetings (subcontractor coordination, internal team).
3. Track delivery and staging of key materials and equipment.
D. Quality & Safety Support
1. Document quality control observations and punch list items during site walks (physically or virtually).
2. Support safety initiatives by tracking safety meeting attendance, toolbox talks, and incident reports (if applicable).
3. Learn and follow all company and site-specific safety policies and procedures.

Other requirements
1. Education: B.Tech /Graduate (Currently enrolled also can apply) Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or a closely related field. 
2. Interest: Demonstrated strong interest in a career within the project management, specifically construction industry. 
3. Academic Standing: Good academic standing.

Job offer:
 On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of ₹ 210000 to 300000/year
