Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Project Manager to lead and coordinate projects from initiation to successful delivery. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring projects while collaborating with cross-functional teams and clients. The role requires excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality standards.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Plan and manage projects with internal teams and clients, ensuring clarity on scope, timelines, and deliverables.
2. Coordinate with stakeholders for smooth project execution and timely delivery.
3. Understand client requirements and communicate them effectively to the development and operations teams.
4. Track project progress, milestones, risks, and dependencies to ensure successful execution.
5. Manage client communication and maintain strong professional relationships.
6. Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve project gaps, blockers, and escalations.
7. Conduct regular review meetings and share project status updates and documentation.
8. Ensure quality standards and client expectations are met throughout the project lifecycle.
9. Support cross-functional collaboration, task prioritization, and process improvements.
10. Monitor resource allocation and overall project performance.
