About the internship
The goal is to set up a project management system for our employees to follow. We need to track which teams/employees are working on which project. We need to make sure all projects and progress is documented on a daily basis. All data should be accessible at anytime from anywhere.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilites include:
1. Spending time understanding how the team works and what the dynamics are.
2. Integrating the management and documentation system with minimal invasion into their existing workflow.
3. Experimenting with and identifying the extent of documentation required ensuring the process is easy enough for everyone to be consistent with and detailed enough to form a complete recollection of events years later.
4. Creating a method for collating project reports from the work progress of multiple teams.
